"I started training with Hannah in March 2015. Having an online coach means that you get all the best bits of a PT plus more support. She is the first coach with whom I have worked who has actually listened to me and helped me worked through things and how I can achieve them rather than just telling me what I ‘should’ be doing. She is unfailingly positive and supportive that I can do it! The workouts are ace and always push me just enough without being ‘scary’. Having the nutritional guidance and support as well as the training plans is really what has made the difference for me I think. Hannah tells me that I’ve done this myself, but really, it’s down to her. She has given me the self belief to really knuckle down when I needed to! My results speak for themselves – although my original motivation was for my wedding, I have, with Hannah’s help, set new goals which I am working on now.

Seeing the inches drop off in monthly measurements was so amazing. I learnt to LOVE lifting and now can’t imagine anything better.

It was hard for me as I was newly qualified in fitness myself and new I would be teaching at the front of a class however over a few stressful months I had developed bad eating habits and killing myself with cardio getting no results and actually becoming very self conscious… there is no way I felt confident enough to stand in front of a class. I had already met Hannah and new we got along and were similar, as I knew picking the right coach is so important, I needed her positivity and motivation. I’ve lost over 100cm in my measurements (and 3 stone in weight). My attitude towards the gym and food has completely changed.

“I’ve been training with Hannah for about a year now and came with very little experience of the gym and how it could benefit me. At first, I was scared of going to the free weights area and looking silly as I might not be doing things right but the training app is so helpful as Hannah has been able to upload videos with a written description of how to do each exercise. I still refer back to it now and watch them to ensure that my form is right. It’s really easy to use and has all my workouts stored (so Hannah knows if I’ve been naughty and not been). I am now eating more than I have ever done! We’ve made little changes here and there that have taught me how to eat not only better, but also in a more balanced way. I can now have a meal out or a treat without thinking I’ve blown all my hard work and might as well carry on eating badly.
Having Hannah as a coach is amazing. I always look forward to our bi-weekly catch ups as we don’t just talk about the plan she’s made me but if there’s anything else that could be affecting me such as my sleep pattern or work stress. I lost a huge amount in my first two months! Having someone to help keep an eye on your nutrition and give you advice on how to improve it is amazing.

“I signed up with Hannah on the recommendation of my big sister (who has had some AMAZING results) in preparation for her wedding. I was a little nervous but keen to get started and have really enjoyed doing the workouts. The app is super easy to use and it’s really nice to have such varied workouts that Hannah has tailored to what you enjoy/what you can do. One of the best things about having a coach is that I have someone that I am accountable to. I cannot recommend Hannah highly enough.

I have a very active job and believed that I was eating well and putting the hours in at the gym, so I just couldn’t understand why I wasn’t making any progress with my body. I feel 100% better in my own skin and also in my own happiness!

“Since about 2013 I have been aiming to lead a more healthy and more importantly, happy lifestyle. Small changes add up, joining the gym, trying to eat more veg, drink more water & less coffee. This helped but I felt like I’d hit a wall after a while, not sure what I should be eating or doing to get the results I wanted. This came in the shape of the fabulous Hannah Mills AKA Wedges & Weights! She designed a training plan for me that I could track in this great app. I liked that not only did it explain what I was to do and show a video, but also that you keep track of the reps and weights to see your progression. It’s so easy to use, and you just take it with you on your phone when at the gym. Hannah has been great at catering workouts for me as I have been working away currently and been doing workouts in my hotel room.
Keeping a food diary for Hannah to track my eating has been great, I have learned so much and have a better awareness of what I should be eating and most importantly why!
